If Your Device Sleeps You Probably Will Too
Take a break from your mobile device.
Take a face towel and create a bed for your phone. Pick a time you put it to bed and don't wake it up until after you have tea or coffee.
If you are alone and your phone is connecting you to other people - I say go for it, however pick a time to put the device to bed and clear your mind with a podcast or a good book or a Netflix series.
